This is the STM32L496QGI6 ARM Cortex-M4 microcontroller unit (MCU) from STMicroelectronics. It is based on a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 core operating at a maximum frequency of 80 MHz. This MCU includes a Floating Point Unit (FPU) and Memory Protection Unit (MPU) for enhanced performance and safety. The MCU also features a wide range of integrated peripherals, including an LCD controller, USB OTG, crystal-less USB 2.0 FS, Ethernet MAC, random number generator (RNG), and advanced security features such as Secure Boot, TrustZone, and AES-256 encryption.
